CuMARi Education System

Stylist (Full-time)

As a hairdresser, it's nice to receive many instructions from customers. At CuMARi, we have our own training plan where we give instructions to customers, so after six months you will gain confidence and enjoy your work. Our salon also holds photo sessions, and students are learning in a way that is close to practical experience. We also see new customers coming to our salon. We will cover all or half the cost of anything we deem necessary for the salon (techniques, business studies, self-development seminars). We have a full practice session once a week. Every six months, each department holds a study session on style trends. We are divided into the color department, perm department, cut department, hair set department, makeup department, and fashion department.

We're planning a program that will enable you to become a stylist in 1-2 years. Don't worry, you won't be left unattended by a trainer. Customer base

In terms of customer impressions, most of the customers are natural looking. The clientele is mainly office ladies between the ages of 20 and 30, so this is the perfect shop for those who want to receive careful techniques in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, male customers account for about 30% of the total.

The store is designed to be spacious, with only five cutting chairs (currently). Although it is semi-basement, the entrance is glass-walled, so staff can work without feeling nervous. The store is decorated in a calming white and brown color scheme, and is very popular with customers for its antique goods and indirect lighting.

A1 I've always loved expressing things with my hands, such as drawing pictures and making things, so I guess that's what led me to becoming a hairdresser (laughs). I still have a lot to learn, but I want to keep working hard every day so that my customers will think of me as a great hairdresser!!

A2 Above all, it's when customers say "thank you" to me with a smile! "The shampoo felt great," "It was fun talking to you today," etc. Just a casual comment from a customer makes me feel glad that I'm doing this job!

Salary Increase System

■ Stylist (Full-time employee) Kumari pays 10% commission to designated customers and 5% commission even for freelancers. In the past, one stylist earned a monthly salary of 600,000 yen in about two years. In addition, we also pay a staff allowance, store sales allowance, and performance allowance.

■ Assistant Salary will increase based on technical allowances for shampooing, coloring, and perms. Of course, store sales allowances, staff allowances, and performance allowances will also be paid.

■Part-time: Hourly wage system. Store sales allowance will also be provided.

■Mirror rental ( of course, we will give you the commission for mirror rental. We consider employment from various angles.
